Delete Account

Delete your PetBasket account

You can permanently delete your PetBasket account directly from the PetBasket mobile app.

To delete your account:
1. Open the PetBasket app.
2. Sign in to the account you want to remove.
3. Go to Profile.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Review the warning carefully.
6. Confirm the deletion request.

What will be deleted:
– Your profile information
– Saved addresses
– Wishlist data
– Saved pet details and related account data
– Access to the PetBasket app using that account

What may be retained:
– Order, payment, refund, and invoice records
– Security and fraud-prevention logs
– Data that must be retained for legal, tax, or compliance purposes

Retention timeline:
– Account access is removed after deletion is confirmed.
– Some retained records or backups may take up to 90 days to be fully cleared where applicable.
